<Update label="2026-04-23" description="Week of April 23" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Press contact email fix

  The press / media contact on the [Company](/wiki/company) page now displays as a clean email address instead of wrapped in brackets. The fix is applied across the [English](/wiki/company), [Spanish](/es/wiki/company), [French](/fr/wiki/company), and [Chinese](/zh/wiki/company) versions.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-19" description="Week of April 19" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## French page anchor fixes

  Fixed broken anchor links on several [French documentation pages](/fr/wiki/teams) — including the [Teams](/fr/wiki/teams), [Tools](/fr/wiki/tools), [Onboarding](/fr/wiki/onboarding), [Performance Review](/fr/sops/performance-review), and [Change Management](/fr/sops/change-management) pages. Special characters in section anchors were preventing in-page navigation from working correctly. Links to specific sections on these pages now work as expected.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-16" description="Week of April 16" tags={["Update"]}>
  ## Improved overview page navigation

  The [Policies](/policies/overview) and [SOPs](/sops/overview) overview pages now include quick-access cards for every available page. Previously, the [Expense Reimbursement](/policies/expense-reimbursement), [Remote Work](/policies/remote-work), [Performance Review](/sops/performance-review), and [Change Management](/sops/change-management) pages were not linked from their respective overviews — making them harder to discover. All four languages are updated.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-12" description="Week of April 12" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Company page contact info fixes

  Corrected how contact details display on the [Company](/wiki/company) page:

  * **Email formatting** — Legal and Finance email addresses on the Company page were wrapped in extra brackets, making them harder to read. They now display cleanly across the [English](/wiki/company), [Spanish](/es/wiki/company), and [French](/fr/wiki/company) versions.
  * **Chinese contacts table** — The key contacts table on the [Chinese Company page](/zh/wiki/company) was using a different layout and column structure than the English source. It now matches the same format used on all other language versions.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-10" description="Week of April 10" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Navigation and cross-reference fixes

  Resolved several issues affecting multi-language navigation and internal links:

  * **Chinese changelog routing** — Internal links on the [Chinese changelog](/zh/changelog) page were missing the language prefix, sending readers to English pages. All links now route to the correct Chinese versions.
  * **SOP link labels** — Several links in the [Hiring](/sops/hiring), [Offboarding](/sops/offboarding), and [Vendor Management](/sops/vendor-management) SOPs displayed incorrect labels (e.g., "Data Protection Policy" instead of "Data Privacy Policy"). These have been corrected across English, Spanish, and French.
  * **Spanish navigation label** — The [SOPs tab](/es/sops/overview) in the Spanish navigation was displaying as "PON" instead of "SOPs." The label now matches the terminology used across all Spanish pages.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-04-01" description="Week of April 1" tags={["Feature"]}>
  ## ERP system launch

  A new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is now available for managing day-to-day financial and travel operations. You can create and track **budgets** with line items, submit and approve **expense reports**, file **travel requests**, and view consolidated **reports** from a central dashboard. Quick Actions on the dashboard let you jump straight to creating a new budget, expense, or travel request. On-screen toast notifications confirm when records are successfully created, updated, or deleted — so you always know your changes went through.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-29" description="Week of March 29" tags={["Update"]}>
  ## Improved code block readability

  Code blocks across all documentation pages — including the [Data Privacy Policy](/policies/data-privacy), [Company](/wiki/company) overview, and [Hiring SOP](/sops/hiring) — now display with proper syntax highlighting in all four languages. This makes policy steps, org charts, and process flows easier to read and copy.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-28" description="Week of March 28" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Benefits page translation fix

  Placeholder text on the [French](/fr/wiki/benefits) and [Chinese](/zh/wiki/benefits) Employee Benefits pages — including insurance carrier, plan administrator, and EAP provider fields — was still displaying in English. These placeholders are now fully translated into their respective languages.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-27" description="Week of March 27" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Chinese localization fix

  Fixed date placeholders across nine [Chinese documentation pages](/zh/policies/security) that were still displaying the English word "\[Date]" instead of the Chinese equivalent. All policies, compliance, and wiki pages in Chinese now show fully localized placeholder text.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-26" description="Week of March 26" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Translation and navigation fixes

  Resolved two issues affecting users browsing the site in non-English languages:

  * **Changelog link corrections** — Links on the [French](/fr/changelog) and [Chinese](/zh/changelog) changelog pages were incorrectly pointing to Spanish-language pages. They now link to the correct language versions.
  * **Spanish terminology fix** — The [Wiki overview](/es/wiki/overview) page in Spanish was still using an inconsistent SOP abbreviation. It now matches the standardized terminology used across all other [Spanish SOP pages](/es/sops/overview).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-25" description="Week of March 25" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Translation completeness improvements

  Finished a sweep of all translated pages to fix remaining English text that had not been localized:

  * **Placeholder standardization** — Date placeholders across all [Spanish policies](/policies/overview) and [SOPs](/sops/overview) now display in Spanish instead of English.
  * **Org chart labels** — Department names on the [Company](/wiki/company) page are now fully translated in Spanish, French, and Chinese.
  * **Benefits details** — FSA labels and placeholder text on the [Benefits](/wiki/benefits) page now appear in the correct language for Spanish and Chinese readers.
  * **Procurement placeholders** — System and contact placeholders on the [Procurement](/finance-compliance/procurement) page are now translated in Chinese.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-24" description="Week of March 24" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Translated code block fixes

  Fixed code block content that was still displaying in English on translated pages. The [Data Privacy Policy](/policies/data-privacy) and [Security Policy](/policies/security) pages in Chinese, Spanish, and French now show fully translated code examples — including data breach response steps and access request comments.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-23" description="Week of March 23" tags={["Fix"]}>
  ## Spanish translation consistency

  Standardized SOP terminology across all [Spanish documentation](/es/introduction). Pages that previously used inconsistent abbreviations ("POE" or "PON") now consistently use "SOP" throughout, matching the terminology on the actual [SOP pages](/es/sops/overview). This affects the [Teams](/es/wiki/teams), [Tools](/es/wiki/tools), [Procurement](/es/finance-compliance/procurement), and [Changelog](/es/changelog) pages in Spanish.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-21" description="Week of March 21" tags={["Feature", "Update", "Fix"]}>
  ## AI-powered contextual tools

  You can now interact with any documentation page using your preferred AI tool. Select text on any page to send it directly to **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, **Perplexity**, **Grok**, **Google AI Studio**, **Cursor**, **VS Code**, **Windsurf**, or **Devin** — plus copy, view source, and MCP integration options. This makes it easier to ask questions, summarize policies, or get help applying a procedure to your specific situation.

  ## Updated homepage branding

  The [homepage](/introduction) now features refreshed Blevins Holdings logos with improved dark and light mode support for a cleaner look.

  ## Translation quality improvements

  Fixed several sections across the French and Spanish documentation that were still displaying English text:

  * **[Data Privacy Policy](/policies/data-privacy)** — Data breach response steps are now fully translated in both French and Spanish.
  * **[Procurement](/finance-compliance/procurement)** — Placeholder text in the French version is now properly translated, with consistent terminology throughout.
  * **[Communication](/wiki/communication)** — Recurring meeting frequencies in the French version are now in French.
  * **[Benefits](/wiki/benefits)** — Vesting schedule details in the French version are now translated.
</Update>

<Update label="2026-03-19" description="Week of March 17" tags={["Feature", "Update"]}>
  ## Multi-language support

  The entire documentation site is now available in **Spanish**, **French**, and **Simplified Chinese**. All policies, SOPs, wiki pages, and the introduction are fully translated, with language-aware navigation so you can browse in your preferred language.

  ## New policy and compliance pages

  Five new pages fill in previously missing documentation:

  * **[Expense Reimbursement Policy](/policies/expense-reimbursement)** — Eligible expenses, pre-approval thresholds, the 30-day submission deadline, and the approval-to-payroll reimbursement flow.
  * **[Remote Work Policy](/policies/remote-work)** — Eligibility criteria, arrangement types, equipment requirements, and security expectations for remote employees.
  * **[Performance Review SOP](/sops/performance-review)** — The annual review cycle, self-assessment and manager review steps, the 4-point rating scale, and PIP process.
  * **[Change Management SOP](/sops/change-management)** — Change categories, CR submission, CAB approval, scheduling, and post-implementation review.
  * **[Procurement](/finance-compliance/procurement)** — Approval thresholds, competitive-quote requirements, the 6-step purchase process, and prohibited practices.

  ## Expanded content across all documentation

  Every SOP, policy, and wiki page has been upgraded from placeholder content to comprehensive, production-quality documentation:

  * **[Hiring SOP](/sops/hiring)** — Full 9-step process from requisition through day-one handoff, including interview-question legal guardrails and timeline reference.
  * **[Vendor Management SOP](/sops/vendor-management)** — Complete vendor lifecycle covering risk-tier classification, onboarding, security review, annual review cadence, and offboarding.
  * **[Offboarding SOP](/sops/offboarding)** — Departure-type matrix, role-specific checklists for HR/IT/manager/finance, exit interview question bank, and post-departure obligations.
  * **[Employee Benefits](/wiki/benefits)** — Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO summary, and a detailed benefits breakdown by employment type.

  ## Finance & Compliance section

  A new top-level **Finance & Compliance** tab is now available in the navigation, starting with the [Procurement](/finance-compliance/procurement) page.
</Update>
