# Acceptable Use Policy

## Overview

All systems, devices, software, and network resources provided by Blevins Holdings are company assets. This policy defines acceptable and unacceptable use of those resources.

## Acceptable use

You may use company resources for:

* Performing your job responsibilities
* Reasonable personal use that doesn't interfere with work or consume significant resources
* Approved training and professional development

## Prohibited use

* Accessing, downloading, or distributing illegal content
* Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data — including those within the company
* Installing unapproved software or browser extensions
* Using company resources for personal business ventures
* Circumventing security controls, VPNs, or monitoring tools
* Sharing login credentials with anyone, including colleagues

## Software and tools

Only install software that appears on the approved software list or has been explicitly approved by IT. Requests for new tools should be submitted via \[IT request process — to be added].
